With all this info, we'll prepare a proposal for the creation of your new home. You'll check through it to ensure we are on the same page about what you want to achieve
We'll meet the architectural designer together.Using your vision as inspiration, we'll talk through each area of your home to design your dream home..We'll work closely to develop the plans, meet the specialists, confirm selections and keep check that it will fit within your budget, ready for council and contract signing.
Once you are totally satisfied with your new plans, you'll meet with our Kitchen Designers & Interior Designer to select specific colours and products for your home. They may recommend you visit a few supplier showrooms to confirm your selections.
Our Quantity Surveyor will prepare a pricing proposal based on your concepts and unique specifications. We'll present this to you with all the details of what it includes and options you might want to consider. Once approved, we'll prepare and sign your MasterBuilder Contract together. Hooray!
Once your consent is issued, you'll meet with the construction team to go over timeframes, site safety & what to expect during your build.You'll see your new home come to life through our online client portal, scheduled walk-through appointments and design check-ins, before your beautiful new home is ready for you to move in!

YAY! Break open the bubbly! Your new home is complete!We'll walk you through the home and give you an orientation on maintenance, servicing & warranties!Don't worry - we won't just leave you to muddle through, we'll follow up with you regularly too!
